First time representing Singapore to compete in Taiwan!
Proud to Fly Our Flag!
It was truly an awesome experience to be led by Chef Sam Lee together with my team partner Andy to Taipei, to compete with nine other Asean countries in this Taipei Cup 2015!
We had trained for couple of months to polished up our skills and to perfect our coherence and team work.
We had the support from the Singapore Bakery & Confectionery Trade Association
Though in the end, we came in 4th position, we were actually very proud of ourselves! Really. That's because we had done our best and we even broke our time record to complete the entire process.
But the proudest moment was when we see our Singapore flags being waved and fly in the air in the competition arena!
